Powder Paint Manufacturing Equipment

The main constituents of powder paint are resin and pigment. To this are added coloring agent and additives. The powder paint is made using a process including weighing and mixing and dispersing molten kneading, cooling hardening, coarse grinding, fine grinding, classification, and filling. In the production of paint, the need is for equipment which is easy to strip down and clean and able to respond to small-lot multitype production.
In the weighing process, the vessel on the weighing table is moved to a position under the raw material hopper, and a designated amount is fed in. The vessel is fitted to a UM vessel reverser mixer, and mixing and dispersion are carried out.
The UM mixer has a mechanism allowing it to be used with various different hoppers, and the optimal system for small-lot multi-type production can be created.
In addition, we have developed a compact belt drum flaker for cooling hardening. We have imported a crusher mill from Condux of Germany. This enables us to carry out almost all unit operations with our own products. This allows us to offer even more reliable powder paint manufacturing plants.
